The captain of this ship is Mary Bergstrom. Her journey into the world of managing energy began with her first heart attack at 32. Her condition, Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection, has no known cause or cure. Unable to find a toolkit for an existential crisis online, Mary had to discover for herself what would ease her anxiety, how she could find joy in such an uncertain body. Twenty years and many heart attacks in, she’s made some life-affirming discoveries that she’s keen to share.
